down the track

I am learning to use my understanding of simple, compound and complex sentences to proof-read and make corrections to my recount.

My next step is to know how to use speech marks correctly.

DOWN THE TRACK
On a hot and sunny day in the weekends  my mum and my brother and Sweyde and I were walking down the Kaikohe track by  Kaikohe Transfer station.
It was so hot it, was like I was in the desert. A little while later we ran to this field and there” was a old shed there I said”. How lame  then my Brother said” Look orange tree.  me Sweyde and my brother ran and had some oranges I ate one then I said”.  It was juicy A while later we were still walking It felt like we were walking to China we walk pass the ar drone
My mum said let's walk back we said YAY!!! Me and Sweyde were running a while later  I said we're back at the lame field I said”. Orange tree we ran and had some oranges
I said”. Juicy I couldn't wait till we get there, I said this is boring  a while later it was raining
I was drinking the rain  like I was waterless.  And then we started to see the car me and sweyde were running  like cheetahs and my mum and brother just  kept on walking then they started to jog
